Alkaline detergent for neutralization and removal of pesticide residues

  • The high-concentration formula based on a cleaning agent neutralizes and removes residues of pesticides and fertilizers.
  • Completely cleans all parts of the sprayer system (tanks, lines, and nozzles), penetrating and removing dry residues from previous mixes.

 

 

Usage rate - 1 l / 400 l of pure water

 

 

 

 

How to use

 

  • Thoroughly clean the tank from residues of pesticide chemicals.
  • Drain the sprayer tank completely. Remove all visible deposits.
  • Add 200-400 liters of clean water to the sprayer tank and the appropriate amount of Quantum Cleaner.
  • Remove the nozzles, screens, and filters, thoroughly clean them in a bucket (separately from each other), using Quantum Cleaner for cleaning. Rinse with clean water.
  • Stir and carefully clean the inside of the tank using a 360° nozzle or pressure sprayer. Stir for 15 minutes.
  • Flush the cleaning solution through the boom, hoses, and nozzles into an empty tank. Drain the solution from the lines and pump.
  • Add 200-400 liters of clean water to the tank. Recirculate the entire system. Flush the solution through the boom, hoses, and nozzles into an empty tank.
  • Drain the water from the tank, lines, and pump completely. Remove excess rinse solution with a pump or a special wet/dry vacuum.
  • Inspect the tank for any visual signs of pesticide residues. Repeat the cleaning procedure if necessary.

 

 

For handheld and backpack sprayers:

 

  • Mix 30 ml of Quantum Cleaner with 4-5 liters of water.
  • Stir thoroughly to ensure the solution is well-mixed.
  • Drain the solution from the sprayer.
  • Rinse the sprayer tank with clean water.

 

 

For sprayer tanks with excessive sediment:

 

  • Use a more concentrated solution: Mix 2-3 liters of Quantum Cleaner with 400 liters of water.
  • Allow the working solution to remain in the tank overnight.
  • Drain the solution from the tank the next day.
  • Rinse the sprayer tank with clean water to remove any remaining residue.
